Hamilton Harbour One and Two offer high rise residential living at it’s finest. The $172 million apartment towers were the first stage of a $500 million Hamilton Harbour project.
The construction of the towers involved deep excavation for a 825 capacity carpark followed by building the 21 level and 20 level apartment towers. Between them, the towers have 470 apartments, a resort pool and two levels of retail space.
Brisbane Precast manufactured, delivered and installed all concrete precast panels for this project. We also completed all the patching and caulking required onsite.
While our team took care of the precast work, Devine Constructions were responsible for delivering the project. Despite the set backs of the 2011 Brisbane floods, the towers were completed 5 weeks ahead of schedule and was the first residential project to attain a Green Star 4 rating in Queensland.
